Triggers: the agent works while you are busy.
A trigger is a rule. When something happens, the agent first does a task in the background, such as reading the email or the file, and then calls the number you choose.
A trigger can start from a new emaila call that endeda new leadan incoming text messagea calendar eventa file in Google Drivea time you seta signal from your own system
-
Calls you about important email
Reads every new email and rings you only when one is urgent.
-
Gives you the morning mail by phone
On weekdays at 08:30 it goes through the unread email and calls you with the five that matter.
-
Spots invoices
An invoice arrives by email or lands in a Drive folder: it finds the amount, the due date and the IBAN and calls you.
-
Calls new leads within a minute
A lead that comes in at night is called in the morning, thanks to quiet hours.
-
Tells you about unhappy callers
After each call it decides whether the caller was upset or asked for a manager, and only then calls you.
-
Calls on a schedule
Every day, every week, every month, or once at a time you set.
-
Sums up calls for the manager
After a conversation longer than 30 seconds it calls the manager with a summary.
-
Watches your files
A document or a spreadsheet changed: it reads it and calls if there is something you should know.
-
Acts on a signal from your system
Your CRM, shop or form sends a request with a phone number, and the agent calls that number.
-
Reacts to a text message
Someone texts the agent’s number: it calls them back, or calls you and says who wrote.
26 ready-made automations
Pick one in the app and change anything you like on the next step.

You decide what it may do.
A skill is yours to switch on. The agent has no access you did not give it.
-
Every skill is a switch
For each tool you tick what the agent may do. What is not ticked does not exist for it.
-
It asks before it sends or deletes
An email goes out, and a file is deleted or overwritten, only after the person on the call has said yes.
-
Limits on every call
At most three emails, fifteen file changes, three deletions and two callbacks in one conversation.
-
It sees only what you connect
Each service is connected separately. In Google Drive the agent reaches only the files and folders you picked.
-
In the background it never sends
Working on a trigger or before a callback it can read mail and prepare drafts. It sends nothing on its own.
-
Quiet hours
Calls that fall into your quiet hours wait until they end, and the same event starts only one call.
-
Your rules, in your words
For each tool you can write when to use it and when not: “Only read mail when the caller is the owner.”
-
Your mailbox password stays with you
You connect a mailbox on a secure sign-in page. Hanc never sees the password.
AI voice agent skills: your questions, answered.
What can an AI voice agent do besides answering calls?
It books appointments in your calendar, finds, reads, answers and sends email, looks things up in your Google Drive files and writes notes into them, saves callers to your contacts, adds tasks, updates your CRM, hands the call to a person, calls people back, and makes calls on its own when something happens, such as an important email or a new lead.
Which mailboxes, calendars and booking systems does it work with?
Mail: Gmail, Outlook and any mailbox with IMAP and SMTP. Calendars: Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar. Bookings: eTermin and, for restaurant tables, resmio. Files, contacts and tasks: Google Drive with Docs and Sheets, Google Contacts and Google Tasks. CRM: the built-in CRM, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Kommo and monday.com, plus CallRail for call tracking. Telephony: your own SIP carrier. Anything else connects through a REST API, webhooks or an MCP server.
Can the agent send emails or delete files by itself?
No. It sends an email, and deletes or overwrites a file, only after the person on the call has said yes, and a deleted file goes to the Drive bin. One conversation is limited to three emails, fifteen file changes and three deletions. You can also switch any of these actions off completely.
Does the agent read all my email and all my files?
It reads only the mailbox you connected and, in Google Drive, only the files and folders you picked. Who may ask it about your mail during a call is up to you: you write that rule in the agent’s instructions, for example that only the owner may.
What is a trigger?
A rule that lets the agent act without anyone calling. When an email arrives, a call ends, a lead comes in, a file changes, a text message arrives, a calendar event is near, a time you set is reached or your own system sends a signal, the agent can first do a task in the background and then call the number you chose. There are 26 ready-made automations to start from.
Does the agent really call people back?
Yes. A caller can say “call me at three” or “check that email and call me back”, and the agent confirms, ends the call and rings back, with up to five attempts if nobody picks up. This works on phone calls: a call from the website widget has no number to call back. Visitors of your website can also leave their number and get a call within seconds.
Do I need Google to use these skills?
No. Outlook mail and calendar, any IMAP mailbox, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Kommo, monday.com, the built-in CRM, text messages and callbacks work without a Google account. The Google services are connected one by one, so the agent gets only the ones you turn on.
