What counts as work in a package?
Actual engineering time: prompt writing, call-flow design, integration work, test calls and revisions. We log what was done and you get the log.
What if the job needs more work than the package?
You hear about it before it happens, not on the invoice. We either agree the extra work in writing up front, or we finish inside the scope we agreed.
Do I still need a platform plan?
Yes. The setup package pays for our work; your platform plan covers the calls the agent makes and takes. The two are billed separately.
How fast can the agent go live?
Starter Setup is usually live 3-5 working days after the kickoff call. Growth Setup takes one to two weeks, mostly depending on how quickly the integrations get approved on your side.
Which languages can the agent speak?
Any language the platform supports. We build and test in the languages your customers actually call in, and we tell you honestly where a language still needs work.
Can you connect it to our CRM or calendar?
If it has an API, yes. Growth Setup covers one or two integrations; anything bigger belongs in a Custom scope so you get a real estimate instead of a guess.
Who owns the agent afterwards?
You do. Everything is built inside your own account, prompts, flows, numbers. Change it yourself, hand it to another team, or keep us on the care package.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Say so in the form and we send a proper invoice with your company details and VAT ID.
