Who we are.

Good Point GmbH is a software company registered in Vienna, Austria. Hanc.AI is what we make: a platform of AI employees for the phone, each with one job, from receptionist to collections.

Our mission is plain. Every business should be reachable, at any hour, in the caller’s own language.

Why we build it.

A call that reaches voicemail often goes to the next business on the list. Most small companies cannot staff a phone around the clock, and they should not have to.
