A business that signs up within 90 days of clicking your link counts as yours. If it clicked several affiliate links, the last one before sign-up gets the referral.

Commission is confirmed 30 days after the customer's payment is received. Until then it shows as pending and is cancelled if the payment is refunded or charged back.

Who are referrals?
New businesses that click your link, sign up for Hanc.AI within 90 days, and subscribe to a paid plan or purchase a paid AI agent. Existing and former Hanc customers, and businesses already talking to our sales team, do not count.
Which payments earn commission?
Subscription plans (including upgrades) and AI agents a referred customer pays for, less VAT, refunds, discounts and payment fees. Telephony usage (call minutes, phone numbers, SMS and messaging) is not commissionable, and neither are one-off services such as onboarding. Your dashboard shows the base for each customer.
What if a business clicked more than one affiliate link?
The last click wins: the referral goes to the affiliate whose link the business used last before signing up, within 90 days of the click.
How do I reach the Premium rate?
You earn 20% from the month in which your directly referred customers first bring €1,000 of net revenue. Only revenue from your directly referred customers counts towards the €1,000 threshold. Once reached, Premium status is kept for the duration of the agreement.
What do I earn from affiliates I invite?
5% of the net revenue of customers referred by affiliates you personally invited. It does not reduce their commission, and there is no third tier. Inviting affiliates earns nothing by itself: all commission comes from paying customers.
When is my commission confirmed?
Commission is confirmed 30 days after the customer's payment is received. Until then it is pending and is cancelled if the payment is refunded or charged back.
When do I get paid?
Every month. Confirmed commission is paid by the 15th of the following month by SEPA transfer or PayPal, once your balance reaches €50; a smaller balance carries over to the next month.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining is free, there are no fees and you do not have to buy anything. You can leave anytime with 14 days' notice.
Can I upgrade to Solutions or White Label later?
Yes. If your involvement grows, you can move from the affiliate program into the Solutions or White Label partner program. The terms of the transition are agreed individually.
