A personal assistant you can call.
It reads your mail, keeps your calendar and files, and calls you when something needs you.
A day with your assistant.
An example of what it takes off your hands, by voice, from any phone.
- 08:30
It calls with the morning mail
The five emails that matter today, read out on your way in. Ask it to answer one, and it writes the reply.
- 10:15
You call from the car
“What does Thursday look like? Put a call with the bank in at four, with a Meet link.” It checks your calendar and books it.
- 13:40
An invoice arrives
It finds the amount, the due date and the IBAN in the email and calls to tell you.
- 16:00
“Check it and call me back”
It looks through the contract in your Drive while you get on with your day, then calls back with the answer.
- 17:30
Everything in its place
Call notes go into a Google Doc, the next steps into Google Tasks, the new contact into your address book.
It works where your day already is.
Connect your accounts once. It gets only the ones you switch on.

It calls you first.
A rule decides when. It does the work in the background, then calls the number you choose, never during your quiet hours.
-
Important email
From a sender you name, or anything that looks urgent: it calls and reads it to you.
-
Morning digest
On weekdays at 08:30, the five emails that matter.
-
Invoices
Amount, due date and IBAN from an invoice in your mail or your Drive.
-
New and changed files
A new PDF in a folder, or a document or spreadsheet that changed.
-
On a schedule
Daily, weekly, monthly or once, at the time you set.
-
Before a meeting
A call before an appointment in your calendar.
Only you get in.
Your mail and files stay yours, even on a number other people can call.
-
Only your number
One step in the call flow checks the number calling. Only yours reaches the assistant with your mail and files; everyone else can leave a message. Add a code word if you like.
-
It asks first
Before it sends an email, deletes or overwrites anything, it reads it back and waits for your yes.
-
Firm limits
At most three emails, fifteen file changes, three deletions and two callbacks per call.
-
Drafts, not sends
Work it does on its own, with no one on the line, ends as a draft. It never sends by itself.
-
Your password stays yours
You sign in to your mailbox on a secure page. The password never reaches Hanc.
-
Every skill is a switch
Turn each one on or off, per tool, and add your own rules in plain words.
Start from Bruno, the Executive Secretary.
Bruno screens calls for a busy person: checks what is urgent, collects a short briefing, puts the important ones through and notes the rest. Give him your mailbox and your calendar, and he becomes your assistant.

Questions, answered.
Can someone else get into my mail by calling?
Not when it is set up as we recommend: one step in the call flow checks the number calling, and only your own number reaches the assistant with your mail and files. Everyone else can leave a message. You can add a code word on top.
Which mailboxes work?
Gmail, Outlook and any other mailbox with IMAP.
Will it send email without asking me?
No. On a call it reads the email back and sends it only after you say yes, at most three per call. Work it does on its own stays in your drafts.
Can it call me back once it has done something?
Yes. Say “check that and call me back”: it does the work, then calls you. If you do not pick up, it tries again.
Which languages does it speak?
25, with no extra fee. It talks with you in your language.
Where is my data?
The application and the voice infrastructure run in Germany, the main database is in Frankfurt. Every sub-processor is listed in the privacy policy.
What does it cost?
Plans start at €49 a month, and the whole price becomes call credit. A phone minute costs €0.13 to €0.15, depending on the plan, and a local number in Austria €6 a month.
