Every call remembers the last one

After every conversation, the LLM writes a structured memory: a short prose summary plus key-value context (preferences, objections, callback times, anything the agent learned). On the contact's next call, the agent loads that memory and treats them like a returning customer — not a stranger.

No. The CRM is a free companion to Hanc.AI voice agents. If you already use HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or another CRM, you can keep it — Hanc syncs bi-directionally with HubSpot today and pushes call data via API or webhook to any other system.
When a voice agent finishes a call, the platform writes the call record with the caller's phone number. The CRM upserts a contact by phone, attaches the transcript, sentiment analysis, duration, and an AI-generated summary. Every subsequent call from the same number adds to the contact's timeline automatically.
Notes are static text written by humans. Customer Memory is structured data generated post-call by the LLM: a free-text summary plus key-value pairs (e.g., preferred_callback_time: 'after 5pm', objections: ['price', 'contract length']). On the next inbound or outbound call, this memory is fed back into the agent as context so it greets the caller as a return customer, not a stranger.
Yes, when you opt in. In Settings → Pipelines there's a toggle 'AI can move deals between stages'. When on, the voice agent calls an internal function during the conversation to advance the deal. Default is off — you stay in control until you trust the behavior.
Each call produces signals: duration (seconds), sentiment (positive/negative), did the agent achieve the task, how many tool/integration calls were made, and whether the contact replied to follow-up. You assign weights to each signal in Settings → Lead Scoring and set a threshold. Scores above the threshold mark the contact as a hot lead.
Outbound is included in all plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Business, Enterprise). You pay per-minute call rates from your plan's credit balance — no per-campaign fee, no per-contact fee. Time-window scheduling, retry logic, and throttling are built in.
Yes. All CRM data is hosted in Microsoft Azure West Europe (Amsterdam). We're the data processor; you remain the data controller. A DPA is available in English and German. Contacts can request deletion via your dashboard. No data leaves the EU.
