Hanc.AI is what we make: a platform of AI employees for the phone, each with one job, from receptionist to collections. Our mission is plain. Every business should be reachable, at any hour, in the caller’s own language. A call that reaches voicemail often goes to the next business on the list. Most small companies cannot staff a phone around the clock, and they should not have to. So we build AI employees that pick up every call, answer from your own knowledge base, book the appointment and hand over to a person when it matters. - What is Hanc.AI? Hanc.AI is a platform of AI employees for the phone: AI voice agents that answer calls, book appointments and follow up. There are 24 roles, from receptionist to collections, in 25 languages. - Who operates Hanc.AI? Some auxiliary AI processing can take place outside the EU; the privacy policy lists every sub-processor and how transfers are handled. Hanc.AI is built for GDPR and the EU AI Act, and compliance documents are available on request at security.hanc.ai. - Can I try Hanc.AI before paying? Yes, you can try Hanc.AI before paying. Start a test call in your browser on this site, then pick a plan: the first 14 days are free, with €5 of call credit, and nothing is charged before day 15. - How do I reach the team? Source: https://hanc.ai/pricing/#compare ### Good to know before you pay - 14 days free to start: You choose a plan and add a card when you sign up. For 14 days nothing is charged and you have €5 of call credit; on day 15 the plan starts with its full credit. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. - Credit renews every month: Your plan credit is refilled at the start of each billing month. Plan credit you do not use does not carry over. - Top up any time: Out of credit before the month ends? Top up by hand, or switch on automatic top-up so calls keep going. - More calls at once: Each plan answers a set number of calls at the same time. Once your plan has started, add another line for €25 a month and cancel it whenever you like. - Keep your number: Forward your current line to your agent on any plan, or connect your own phone provider from Pro. Both start after a one-time identity check. - Billed in euros: Plans are billed in euros through Stripe, and every price here is before VAT. - No minimum term: Cancel a monthly plan any time. It keeps running to the end of the month you paid for. Source: https://hanc.ai/pricing/ ### Pricing questions, answered - How do the 14 free days work? You choose a plan and add a card when you sign up. For 14 days nothing is charged: you get €5 of call credit and the features in the first column of the comparison table. On day 15 the plan you chose starts and the first month is charged; you can also start it earlier from the billing page. Cancel before day 15 and you pay nothing. The free days are once per account. - How does the credit model work? Your whole subscription becomes call credit. Pro, for example, costs €99 a month and includes €100 of credit. You spend it at your plan's rate: €0.14 a minute on Pro, by phone or through the website widget. When the credit runs out, you top up or move to a bigger plan. - Are there any hidden fees or platform charges? No. There is no platform fee, your entire subscription turns into credit. The only extra costs come from what you use on top: phone numbers bought from HANC (the price depends on the country, from about €6 a month), the carrier's charge on outgoing calls through those numbers, paid from your top-up balance (incoming calls have none), optional SMS, and add-ons you choose, such as extra lines or a Studio pack. With your own telephony there is no line charge and no number fee from us. - Can I change my plan at any time? Yes. An upgrade takes effect immediately: the new plan's full price is charged and its full credit is added, with no proration, and the unused credit of your previous plan carries over. A downgrade also takes effect immediately, with no refund for the current period. During the 14 free days you can switch plans at no charge; the plan you pick starts on day 15. - Is there a minimum contract period? No. Monthly plans have no minimum commitment, cancel anytime. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months with a 15 percent discount. - Do I get a refund if I cancel? Cancel during the 14 free days and nothing is charged. Monthly plans: no refund for the current billing period, but you keep access until the period ends. Annual plans: no refund; the plan stays active until the end of the paid year. - What happens when my credit runs out? Your included credit is used first, then any top-up credit. On a paid plan, calls continue until your balance is about €3 below zero and then pause until you top up; your next top-up covers that amount first. Turn on auto top-up to keep calls running. Outgoing calls through a HANC number also need top-up credit, because the carrier's charge is paid from it. During the 14 free days there are no top-ups: calls stop once the €5 trial credit is used; you can start your plan early to get its full credit. - Which payment methods do you accept? We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), processed securely through Stripe. - Is Hanc.AI cheaper than hiring a receptionist? Whether Hanc.AI costs less than a receptionist depends on how many calls you get, so compare with your own numbers on this page. Plans cost €49, €99 or €249 a month, and the whole fee is call credit: Pro covers about 714 phone minutes. A receptionist costs wages plus employer costs, works set hours and takes one call at a time. The agent answers at any hour, holds 3 calls at once on Pro and hands a caller to a person when needed. - In which currency am I charged? All plans and top-ups are charged in euros (EUR). Where the site shows prices in another currency, that is for orientation only. - Can I use multiple languages on one account? Yes. All 25 languages are available on every plan, including during the 14 free days. Each agent can be configured for a specific language, and you can create unlimited agents across different languages (one during the free days). No add-ons or per-language fees. Actual engineering time: prompt writing, call-flow design, integration work, test calls and revisions. We log what was done and you get the log. - What if the job needs more work than the package? You hear about it before it happens, not on the invoice. We either agree the extra work in writing up front, or we finish inside the scope we agreed. - Do I still need a platform plan? Yes. The setup package pays for our work; your platform plan covers the calls the agent makes and takes. The two are billed separately. - How fast can the agent go live? Starter Setup is usually live 3-5 working days after the kickoff call. Growth Setup takes one to two weeks, mostly depending on how quickly the integrations get approved on your side. - Which languages can the agent speak? Any language the platform supports. We build and test in the languages your customers actually call in, and we tell you honestly where a language still needs work. - Can you connect it to our CRM or calendar? If it has an API, yes. Growth Setup covers one or two integrations; anything bigger belongs in a Custom scope so you get a real estimate instead of a guess. - Who owns the agent afterwards? You do. Everything is built inside your own account, prompts, flows, numbers. Change it yourself, hand it to another team, or keep us on the care package. - Can we pay by invoice? Yes. Say so in the form and we send a proper invoice with your company details and VAT ID. Source: https://hanc.ai/setup/ ### HANC Studio: Build it yourself €5 per agent. Add-on for any plan. You pay only for applied changes, by their size. - Single-step edit (One step): €0.50 - Group edit (2-5 steps, up to a quarter of the scenario): €1 - Rebuild (Anything larger): €2 The price you see before sending is the most you pay, as long as the change stays within the steps you selected. Free edits apply only to agents built in Studio: agents created manually or copied pay from the first edit. Studio charges come from your Studio pack first; when it runs out, from your plan's included credits, then from your top-up balance. Studio packs can be added once your plan has started, not during the 14 free days. Source: https://hanc.ai/pricing/#studio-pricing ## AI employees Ready-made roles: 24. Source: https://hanc.ai/product/skills/ ### On the call What it does while someone is on the line. - Answers every call: Day and night, several calls at the same time, in 25 languages. - Knows who is calling: Looks the number up in your contacts and greets the caller by name. (Google Contacts) - Answers from your documents: Prices, opening hours, services: it answers from the files and notes you gave it. - Hands the call to a person: Forwards the call to you or a colleague when the caller asks for it, or when your rules say so. - Passes the caller to another agent: Reception, sales, support: one AI employee can hand the caller to the next. - Sends a text or a WhatsApp: The address, a link or the booking details, during the call or right after it. (SMS, WhatsApp) - Emails a summary after the call: To you, to the caller or to both, with what was said and what was agreed. (Email) - Works on your own number: Keep the number your customers know: connect it through your own SIP carrier, or take a new one. (SIP trunk) ### Calling back For callers who do not want to wait, and for calls that went wrong. - Calls back at the time the caller picks: “Call me at three.” It confirms, ends the call and rings back on time. - Does the work first, then calls back: “Check that email and call me when you are done.” It reads the email and its attachments in the background and calls with the answer. - Tries again when nobody picks up: Up to five attempts, with the pause you set between them. - Calls back visitors of your website: A visitor leaves a number in the widget and their phone rings within seconds. - Calls back after a call that went wrong: A call that ended within 20 seconds, or a transfer to a colleague that failed: it calls the person back. ### Calendar and bookings It books into the calendar you already use. - Checks when you are free: Looks at your calendar while the caller is still on the line. (Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar) - Books the appointment: Puts it into your calendar and confirms the time to the caller. (Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar) - Adds a video link: An online meeting gets a Google Meet link in the booking. (Google Meet) - Books in your booking system: Books and moves appointments in eTermin, so they land where your team already looks. (eTermin) - Reserves a table: Takes restaurant reservations through resmio. (resmio) - Reminds people of their appointment: Calls the number in the calendar event two hours before it starts. (Google Calendar) ### Email Your mailbox, by voice. Gmail, Outlook or any other mailbox. - Finds and reads email: Searches your mailbox and reads a message together with its attachments. (Gmail, Outlook Mail, IMAP) - Replies in the thread: Answers the sender in the same conversation. (Gmail, Outlook Mail, IMAP) - Sends a new email: Writes it for you, or fills in one of your templates and keeps your wording exactly. (Gmail, Outlook Mail, IMAP) - Prepares a draft: Leaves the reply in your drafts folder, so all you do is press send. (Gmail, Outlook Mail, IMAP) - Marks mail as read: Keeps the inbox tidy after it has dealt with a message. (Gmail, Outlook Mail, IMAP) ### Files and documents The Google Drive files you choose, and only those. - Finds and reads your files: Price lists, contracts, instructions: it looks them up while the caller waits. (Google Drive) - Writes notes into a document: Creates a new file for a call, or adds to a Google Doc you already keep. (Google Drive, Google Docs) - Keeps a spreadsheet up to date: Finds a row, adds a new one or changes a cell in Google Sheets. (Google Sheets) - Keeps the folder tidy: Creates folders, renames, moves and copies files. (Google Drive) - Deletes only when told: It asks out loud first, and a deleted file goes to the Drive bin, where you can get it back. (Google Drive) ### Contacts, tasks and CRM Nobody has to type the call into a system afterwards. - Saves new callers: Name, number and company go straight into your Google Contacts. (Google Contacts) - Keeps contacts up to date: Changes an existing contact when a caller gives a new email or company. (Google Contacts) - Adds a task for you: “Call the supplier back tomorrow” becomes a Google Task with a due date. (Google Tasks) - Ticks tasks off: Marks a task as done once it is dealt with. (Google Tasks) - Logs every call: Each call creates or updates a contact in the built-in CRM, with a summary and a lead score. - Updates HubSpot: Finds, reads and updates your HubSpot records during the call. (HubSpot) - Works in GoHighLevel: Your contacts, pipelines and calendars in GoHighLevel, during the call. (GoHighLevel) - Works in Kommo: Finds and creates leads and contacts, sets tasks and adds notes. (Kommo) - Updates your monday.com boards: Creates items and changes their status on the boards your team works from. (monday.com) - Looks things up in CallRail: Your calls, form leads and text messages from CallRail, at hand during the conversation. (CallRail) - Talks to your own systems: Order status, stock, customer data: it asks your system through an API while the caller is on the line. (REST API, MCP) - Hands every call to your system: After each call your own software receives the summary, the transcript and the details the agent collected. (Webhooks) ### On its own Something happens, the agent does a task in the background and then calls the number you choose. Nobody has to be on the line. - Calls you about important email: Reads every new email and rings you only when one is urgent. (Gmail, Outlook Mail, IMAP) - Gives you the morning mail by phone: On weekdays at 08:30 it goes through the unread email and calls you with the five that matter. (Gmail, Outlook Mail, IMAP) - Spots invoices: An invoice arrives by email or lands in a Drive folder: it finds the amount, the due date and the IBAN and calls you. (Gmail, Outlook Mail, IMAP, Google Drive) - Calls new leads within a minute: A lead that comes in at night is called in the morning, thanks to quiet hours. - Tells you about unhappy callers: After each call it decides whether the caller was upset or asked for a manager, and only then calls you. - Calls on a schedule: Every day, every week, every month, or once at a time you set. - Sums up calls for the manager: After a conversation longer than 30 seconds it calls the manager with a summary. - Watches your files: A document or a spreadsheet changed: it reads it and calls if there is something you should know. (Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets) - Acts on a signal from your system: Your CRM, shop or form sends a request with a phone number, and the agent calls that number. (Webhooks) - Reacts to a text message: Someone texts the agent’s number: it calls them back, or calls you and says who wrote. (SMS) ### Triggers: the agent works while you are busy A trigger is a rule. When something happens, the agent first does a task in the background, such as reading the email or the file, and then calls the number you choose. A trigger can start from: a new email, a call that ended, a new lead, an incoming text message, a calendar event, a file in Google Drive, a time you set, a signal from your own system. - Email: Call me about important emails; Call me when a certain sender writes; Emails with attachments; New invoice by email; Morning mail digest - Google Drive: New file in Drive; New PDF in a folder; Document updated; Spreadsheet updated - On a schedule: Daily call; Weekly call; Monthly call; One-time call - After a call: Call back after a short call; Call back after a failed transfer; Retry when nobody answered; Retry after voicemail; Alert me about unhappy callers; Call summary to the manager - New leads: Call new leads right away; Tell me about new leads - Your systems, texts and calendar: Call the customer from your system; Alert me from your system; Call back after a text message; Tell me about incoming texts; Appointment reminder ### You decide what it may do A skill is yours to switch on. The agent has no access you did not give it. - Every skill is a switch: For each tool you tick what the agent may do. What is not ticked does not exist for it. - It asks before it sends or deletes: An email goes out, and a file is deleted or overwritten, only after the person on the call has said yes. - Limits on every call: At most three emails, fifteen file changes, three deletions and two callbacks in one conversation. - It sees only what you connect: Each service is connected separately. In Google Drive the agent reaches only the files and folders you picked. - In the background it never sends: Working on a trigger or before a callback it can read mail and prepare drafts. It sends nothing on its own. - Quiet hours: Calls that fall into your quiet hours wait until they end, and the same event starts only one call. - Your rules, in your words: For each tool you can write when to use it and when not: “Only read mail when the caller is the owner.” - Your mailbox password stays with you: You connect a mailbox on a secure sign-in page. Hanc never sees the password. ## Languages - Languages an agent can speak: 25. - Production-ready (16): German (Germany), German (Austria), German (Switzerland), English (UK), English (US), French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Swedish, Arabic (Saudi), Arabic (UAE), Arabic (Egypt), Russian. - In beta (9): Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Romanian, Greek, Hungarian, Kazakh, Azerbaijani, Belarusian, Armenian.
